BREAKFAST RECIPE
A good, nutritious BREAKFAST is the best MEAL of the day.
It stimulates your METABOLISM and by making one of the delicious recipes here you will no longer need to snack before LUNCH.
BIRCHER MUESLI WITH BLUEBERRIES
For 2 people
100 g Crunchy rolled oats
200 ml apple juice
1 red apple, cored
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp toasted hazelnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
100 g organic natural yoghurt
2 tbsp honey (optional)
75 g fresh blueberries
0.5 g hyaluronic acid powder

Place 1 OAT FLAKES and APPLE JUICE in a bowl, cover with cling film and soak in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or overnight.

2 Grate or grate the APPLE and mix with the LEMON JUICE to prevent browning.

3 Stir the APPLE, NUTS, HYALURONIC ACID POWDER and CINNAMON into the OAT FLAKES.

4 Divide the mixture between 2 bowls and top with the YOGURT. Drizzle with HONEY if you like, top with the BLUEBERRIES and serve.
